Would order again but the smash sauce on the burger was too spicy for my liking on a beef burger. Would have worked fine on chicken burger!

Food was absolutely beautiful definitely be coming back.

We decided to give this place a second go after having to cancel the order last time round. The order was ready in time this time and the food was all very good. I would have given a higher rating for the service but it is clear that there is still some experience lacking. I would still hesitate to go at a busy time but would recommend the food.

Food was good , prices a bit expensive

Burgers are quality, chips arnt great and loaded chips are OK nothing special Would only go back for the burgers

Ordered collection for pick up at 6:10 pm but on arrival was told it would be another 45 mins. When I asked for a refund they offered to get food ready in 15 mins but after the wait they then said it would be another ten mins but with no guarantee it would be ready in that time so I got a refund.

Ordered my food at half 6, it said collect it at 7pm. Got there, had to wait til 7:50pm to then be told there is no beef left to make my burgers. Fast forward time, eventually got my food at 8:40pm! And guess what... was missing my wrap and cans of juice. Had to wait longer for them to correct it, got given my wrap eventually. Got back to the car at 9pm and the rest of my food was stone cold. Got home to find the wrap was covered in salad n jalapenos that i specifically asked for NONE of. So the wrap, chips etc went into the bin. Never seen a worse run place in my life. Fair enough it is its first week, but sweet jesus. I just want a refund for it all. 2 n a half hours of waiting, one thing after another and eventually ended up with my food in the bin... £40 for that!

food was good (salad missing from burger and Peri salt missing from chips) serviice a bit slow, but understandable as it was busy
